The Human Resources Administrator is the first point of contact for employees’ human resource related issues including benefits, leave of absence, labor law compliance, and serves as a backup to payroll. This role works in the facility (fully onsite) and has salary range of up to $80,000.
The right candidate will have:
At least 5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience independently supporting a mid-size company (over 200).
A bachelor s degree is preferred, or commensurate experience.
Experience administering all areas of Human resources, including Leave of Absence cases including FMLA, NYS PFL, Workers Comp, Short- and Long-Term Disability claims, full-scale recruiting experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead HR initiatives but additionally a true team player that focuses on internal customer service.
An HR certification is preferred but not required.
