Accounting Manager Assistant- Onsite

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This position will be the direct assistant to the accounting manager and assist with customer invoicing, vendor bills, and reconciling accounts. This position will also maintain accurate QuickBooks Accounts, TMS- entering and/or updating driver’s information into various platforms, opening/filing corporations for new and existing contractors, monitor fuel reports and other duties as assigned.
40hr work week Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
WHAT YOU BRING?
- You will bring your detailed data entry skills working directly with accounting systems and TMS systems (not required) to ensure we maintain efficient accurate data (TMS-Transportation Management System)
- You will bring your previous experience working in accounting and/or business administration
- Computer skills: Microsoft, Excel, Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well-organized
- Professional attitude

A pay range between $20.00 hourly – paid weekly
