Position Summary

An indispensable role Huron clients approach us with a unique set of challenges. Enterprise Solutions Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Associate can expect to spend their time follows: 80% will be allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification of the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations and; 20% will be spent developing Analysts and coachees when assigned, participating in practice development and, carrying out routine administrative tasks. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable solutions. Associates gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience and that translates to career growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP Human Capital Management solutions
• 2+ years of functional experience in at least one of the following areas related to Human Capital Management: Human Resources, Payroll, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and/or Learning
• Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Post-pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• One of the following Workday core certifications highly desired: HCM or Payroll
• Additional certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Talent or Learning desired
• Prior experience as a systems administrator for Workday HCM
• Experience participating in Workday HCM discovery and design sessions
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to support multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Excel to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies

The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 – $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 – $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
