In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Day-to-Day administrative human resources actions
Perform various tasks associated with new hire processes
Administer FMLA and other Leave-of-Absence options with employees
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of participants in benefit plans
Securely maintain company human resource records
Maintain confidentiality of both employee and company information
Attention to detail
Actively listen to employees and help others succeed
Strong customer service skills
High School/GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of Human Resources experience
