Advances in technology now enable us to offer the same high quality products through our own automated vending machines providing our consumer with access to a large assortment of our delicious meals in a wide range of locations anytime of the day or night.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The SMR will research, and identify potential locations for the deployment of Icebox Pantry vending systems as well as potential wholesale accounts. The SMR will generate sales calls – and in person meetings when possible – to secure contracts for the installation and operation of vending systems at their locations.
The SMR will also maintain strong and consistent relationships with existing accounts to ensure the highest quality of service and to take advantage of new sales opportunities
The SMR will work with corporate marketing to ensure that a set of digital and traditional communications/marketing tools are available to maximize the both the promotion of Pantry vending systems to new potential accounts as well as use for maximizing revenue results at existing clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Research, identify and target new prospects for the deployment of our vending machines
· Identify leads by industry groups by priority – hottest leads first
· Organize leads within industry groups in Salesforce
· Maintain and update Salesforce as often as possible but no less than weekly
· Contact new prospects with the purpose of setting up in person sales meetings
· Network within the industry to generate new leads
· Develop and maintain up to date promotional and sales materials
· Reports to business unit GM and maintains a strong communication and support
· Weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to GM
· Act as account representative, maintaining relationships with current and new vending contracts to include, but not limited to regular onsite visits to locations. Directly respond to and resolve customer issues as able, or if needed notify the appropriate department, team member of Icebox Pantry for additional assistance. Team Builder
· Analyze business performance across portfolio, identify gaps, problem solve and partner with team members to achieve long term improvement of business results, VM success at each client and overall business unit profitability.
· Collaborate in-depth, side-by-side, with operators to improve profitability, particularly in markets identified to be priorities.
· Proactively communicates with leadership and strives to keep information flowing openly between all key stakeholders
· Propose and implement new strategies, while maintaining successful initiatives already in place
· Independently resolve conflicts as needed, with a win-win solution

· Ability to effectively lead team of professionals. QUALIFYING STANDARDS EDUCATION Four-year college degree preferred. EXPERIENCE
· Requires substantial and successful track record in related industry
· Leadership experience; preferably 5 years or more.
· Proven track record of successes in achieving profit and service objectives.
· Proven ability to recruit, motivate and train a team of professionals.
