HR Business Partner (Hybrid-San Francisco, Chicago or Boston)
As an HR Director for NA, you will develop and implement talent strategies and processes in support of employee development, engagement, culture and sense of belonging. You will help create conditions that allow individuals to contribute their full potential and support our mission and culture. The HR Director will have a deep understanding of HR policies, be a strategic business partner, have an analytical mindset and experience designing and implementing HR programs and systems.

The salary range for this role is $125k – $170k. This range is influenced by a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions at IDEO. This includes, but it’s not limited to skills, industry knowledge and experience. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
