HR Admin/Payroll/Law:
You manage contracts: generate new offers, employment contracts, extensions and contract amendments, as well as upkeep personnel files.
You own the onboarding and growth journey for new hires.
You manage the time keeping system and time management of employees (including leave requests).
You review key metrics, such as turnover and retention rate, average age/average tenure.
You prepare the payroll for approx. 100? employees in cooperation with an external service provider.
You are the contact person for the team as well as for external stakeholders in questions of labor and social security law.
Continuously improve, adapt and digitize HR processes.
HR Reporting:
You carry out necessary research and analysis on labor market, salary level, personnel cost, fluctuation rate, reasons for resignation etc. through internal and external sources and prepare the reporting for management review.
HR Training & Development:
You develop training and development schedule of employees.
You are in charge of HR projects (such as internship program, collaboration with local community colleges about apprenticeship programs, wellness program, team building events).
HR People & Culture:
You bring in new approaches to continuously develop the area of “People & Culture”.
You establish and develop our employer branding and are responsible for employee benefits and happiness.
Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions.
Strategic HR:
You proactively design and develop the conception, implementation and further development of various projects and HR processes.
Recruiting:
You develop optimal recruiting strategies with regard to the selection of appropriate recruiting channels and measures and coordinate these with your managers and the executive board.
As a competent contact person, you advise our managers on all recruiting issues.
You are well networked in the company and work hand in hand with the responsible HR Partner.
You represent your company at trade fairs, events and on the web.
You attract talent for your company by proactively approaching candidates.
From the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract, you accompany the candidates through the entire application process. With your appreciative manner, you ensure a consistently positive candidate experience.
