We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the coordination of daily functions of the Human Resources department, including but not limited to onboarding, off boarding, recruitment, benefit management, maintaining employee personnel files, policy and procedure administration, and various administrative duties. In this role, you will be part of a group of committed HR professionals where you can utilize your prior experience and skills while making a real impact as a strategic partner. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and assist with the day-to-day HR operations and launch some exciting new initiatives in support of our HR strategic plan. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, and will have the opportunity to get global experience.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to workforce inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters providing excellent customer service ensuring follow-up and resolution.
Assist with new hire coordination, orientation, departures, and benefits management.
Assist with Human Resources email box to ensure emails are followed up on in a timely manner and sent to the right point of contact.
Reconcile benefit invoices.
Support the Open Enrollment process.
Support audits.
Check mail, scan and email to appropriate personnel.
Support the team with a number of roll-out initiatives.
Keep abreast of new developments in the HR field.
Draft and proofread HR documentation.
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities for the HR projects assigned.
Attend seminars and meetings relevant to the HR profession.
Assist in the planning of HR events.
Manage employee personnel folders and documents on SharePoint and UK drives
Assist with UK monthly, weekly, reports and admin tasks
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills with keen attention to detail
Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
Exhibit sound judgement in making decisions and maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred ADP WFN experience
