Indeed is seeking a DI&B professional to help support the operations and implementation of our Global strategic partnerships work. You will manage the operations for our current large scale, multi-stakeholder partnerships and events, as well as provide feedback regarding the development and implementation of future partnerships. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, is highly collaborative and thrives in a data-driven, test and learn culture. Candidates must excel at building relationships across multiple functions and be able to influence peers and stakeholders.
You will lead the strategy development and execution of individual partnerships and will work with various support teams throughout communications, design, brand, procurement, and events services to bring our events strategy to life. You’ll need a strong aptitude for branding, attention to detail, organization, curiosity, innovation, data analysis, and clear communication in an agile work environment with cyclical and ad-hoc events needs.

Specifically, you will:
Contribute to the development and expansion of the strategy for our External Partnerships work within the DI&B function
Manage day-to-day operations for current and future strategic DI&B partnerships, including ongoing coordination and implementation with partners, event production, and tracking of project outcomes against key performance metrics
Coordinate with internal Indeed stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the proper establishment and operational management of partnerships
Define event goals and scope including programming components that will optimize audience experience, engagement, and perception of Indeed
Lead the data collection process for all partnerships and contribute to the design of the overall measurement approach.
Review and synthesize prior event data and audience insights to inform business requirements and event strategy
Participate in the landscaping of prospective partners, including workforce and professional organizations, employers, vendors and others.
Collaborate closely with other members of the DI&B team to promote a culture of testing, measurement, knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
Act as main point of contact for assigned partnerships and manage all administration and logistics around the events – contracts, budget management, liaising with finance, procurement, and legal accordingly, as well as on site execution.
Who You Are
2+ years of corporate events experience with focus on cross-functional project implementation and operations management with demonstrated impact
2+ years demonstrated diversity & inclusion or recruiting experience (both preferred)
Experience managing and analyzing a range of KPIs to measure performance
Curiosity and passion for finding and implementing new and innovative elements to the partnerships program
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, exercise time-management and prioritization skills, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budgets.
Develop, manage and execute event portfolio including, but not limited to, developing and implementing plans and timelines, daily/monthly reporting, speaker coordination, budget management, post-event follow-up, lead capture, and documentation
Identify opportunities for driving scale and efficiencies throughout the partnerships program
Fluent in Google Applications – comfortable learning new software as needed
Manage relationships with internal and external partners
Selfstarter with the ability to drive projects independently
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Energized by working in a fast paced, data-driven culture
Proven track record of influencing, developing, and empowering employees across multiple locations
