Develop industry and account relationships to leverage during the hiring process

Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients of value of service
Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure that they fulfill all clients requests
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
Mentor and develop future account managers and team leads

Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of successful Customer Service Experience and Client Facing Experience (Required)
2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Staffing Experience (Preferred)
3+ years of experience leading/managing at least 10+ employees (Required)
Past success in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, prioritization skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, comfortable using data to diagnose and improve team performance
Experience building strong, collaborative, productive teams

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees.
