We’re hiring a Manager for Indeed’s Emerging Talent team within Talent Attraction to create and lead a global programs strategy with a focus on University, Early Career, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B). This is an opportunity for you to build a team in support of Indeed’s hiring needs and company growth.
Partnering across multiple teams globally such as Talent Attraction, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and throughout our business, you’ll have an opportunity to build programs that best support Indeed fields such as software engineering, user experience, client service, and sales, with a focus on University and Early Career Talent.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of a global Talent Attraction events programs, calendar, best practices, and processes for virtual and in-person experiences
Partner with multiple stakeholders to maintain and grow, improve, and create early career programs and execute top-notch, creative, and effective strategies that attract diverse audiences and drive attendance
Identify, engage and build relationships with key partner networks (DI+B, University Recruiting, Early Career Events, and Business Leaders), as well as the vet and select program opportunities aligned with developing and attracting key audiences
Align with and contribute to TA + DI&B Strategy and US + EMEA hiring needs, while applying an understanding of in-market nuances
Solicit, recommend and manage relationships and contracts with external vendors, identifying opportunities to scale, gain efficiencies, and control costs
Collaborate and proactively communicate with project stakeholders and internal partners like Talent Attraction, DI&B/ESG, and throughout various business areas to define program objectives, requirements, scope, timing, and budgets
Assemble cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables and timelines
Establish and apply effective benchmarks, best practices, metrics and trends for measuring the impact of our programs on an ongoing basis
Oversee, track and optimize team budget to ensure ROI
Lead and coach a team of event and sponsorships specialists, upleveling their domain expertise

Required Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in program management
5+ years of people management experience
Proven experience developing partner and event strategies to engage with diverse audiences
Demonstrated expertise and passion towards University and Early Career talent
Track record of successfully managing the full project lifecycle, which includes the ability to scope/define a project and launch to all globally impacted groups
Deep understanding of University Recruitment lifecycle
Ability to help people strategize and plan, and to put those plans into action
Experience coordinating the work of meeting planners, content developers, speakers, designers, creative services and vendors
Mastery of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including at the executive and cross-functional/global team levels
Mastery of organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
Understanding of global recruiting, compliance and candidate/consumer best practices
Mastery of analytical, reporting and presentation skills
CMP, CSEP, CMM certification(s) a plus.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
