This position requires building creative and targeted plans to maximize sales and marketing outreach across multiple states and market areas.

Key Responsibilities: *

• Development and execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, addressing both short and long-term objections which align with the Company’s strategic vision.
• Inspire the Marketing team to create campaigns, branding strategies, proper execution of timelines, budget administration, review and compliance.
• Assist the executive team in formulating and/or executing on the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Help recruit, select, train and inspire sales and marketing team members.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team members.
• Develop and monitor key performance measures (leading and lagging) that can be tracked and relied upon by the executive team for planning purposes.
• Coordinate with executive team to maximize the sales and marketing strategic directions.
• Effectively and assertively communicate the sales and marketing strategies to the organization.
• Build the sales and marketing “best practices” of the InfoWest brand.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertising and other sales and marketing materials.
• Target the businesses, groups and/or individuals to build a potential client base to maximize interest in InfoWest services.
• Generate qualified leads that increase revenues with a focus on client retention and sustaining revenues.
• Respond to public inquiries to provide information required on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with industry on identified opportunities.

• Coordinate the overall online social media presence of InfoWest (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc) with the marketing team.
• Identification of the best emerging markets and development a practical strategy to penetrate those markets and seize upon viable opportunities.

Education/Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a team.

• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship.
• Must have the ability to quickly build a rapport and credibility.
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and adjustment to priorities.

• Must be professional in attire and actions when representing InfoWest.
