POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of HR in North America, the successful candidate will provide business partner support and leadership to select key stakeholders groups globally to improve workforce planning, talent management, engagement, organizational and leadership capability. Additionally, the role will support change and transformation, embed the InMoment culture, help define organizational training and development needs, resolve employee issues and contribute to the achievement of business operating plans and strategic objectives. This successful candidate must possess the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, navigate a matrixed environment, quickly grasp the business objectives for various client groups, and leverage human resources capabilities to support the achievement of those objectives.
This key member of the HR team will have a proven track record of performing as an HR Business Partner in a complex technology/software organization experiencing significant growth and change. Ideal candidates will act as a player coach, exhibiting an appropriate balance between the strategic and tactical aspects of HR while demonstrating sophisticated business acumen.
