Position Description: ICLC is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. The position is temporary for up to three (3) months, with the possibility of an extension. The HR Assistant will:
Maintain employee records and update the Human Resources and Information System (HRIS)
Assists with the recruitment and interview process by posting job announcements and scheduling interviews
Assists with onboarding and termination process
Provide clerical support to the HR team
Perform other related duties as assigned
Hiring Criteria: Committed to ICLC’s mission and values. Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), or similar computer applications. Must have 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $26.04. Medical benefits offered 1st of the month after 30 days worked.
