Department Overview
The Hyundai Social & Content team works with Hyundai Marketing clients to manage Hyundai’s social presence across all social channels, including all content development, publishing and community management. The team develops and present strategic social marketing initiatives that deliver on the client’s business objectives. We partner with cross-functional teams to develop disruptive ideas at all points of the customer journey. The team includes creative, community management, strategy, data science, production and brand management to develop social campaigns that tell Hyundai’s brand and product story, building awareness and driving consideration amongst highly engaged social audiences.

Position Overview
The Sr. Account Executive will be part of the social & content brand management teams, leading the development of all social content across Hyundai’s social media channels. This position manages the production of brand social media and content campaigns working with all social and cross-functional team members to deliver work that meets objectives and deadlines. Candidates must be proactive and comfortable with project managing social campaigns and working within a fast-paced team environment. In addition, the candidate must be a creative thinker, highly organized, self-motivated, have a positive attitude and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests quickly and efficiently, distributing information to internal resources as needed
• Ability to work with clients and leadership to continually develop best in class creative work, gathering information and providing direction to the social media team
• Assist in answering internal agency requests and following established processes
• Coordinate and lead internal team and client meetings for assigned projects
• Working across teams to prepare regular status documents, summary decks and recaps
• Represent social within the agency with cross functional teams to provide information and expertise on social campaign development and social best practices
• Social and content production support, working with producers and creative teams to develop social and content work that meets client’s brief and objectives
• Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, input briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews
• Budget management, including the reconciliation of any bills with accounting & business affairs as needed
• Providing assets to media agency for promotions, videos, logos, copy, etc. as needed to support paid campaigns
• Presentation deck development. Must be PowerPoint proficient and capable of building slides that communicate information effectively
• Demonstrate a professional presentation style for both formal and informal settings & effectively present the agency’s decisions, recommendations, strategy and creative in such a manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client services function within a Marketing, Advertising, or Business-related field.
• Self-starter with excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong understanding of and passion for social media and content marketing
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative and follow through
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive thinker, communicator and doer
• Strong relationship management skills
• Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc)
