The Human Resources Business Partner role is to focus on providing high quality and responsive HR services, partnering with ITW and Instron’s leadership and employees that support the accomplishment of business goals.
This is a highly visible role that incorporates many traditional HR functional responsibilities such as talent acquisition and employee relations, as well as more proactive activities that involve partnering with different areas of the business to address organizational development challenges, managing change and policy development and implementation.
