Insurity’s Next Onboarding Coordinator
How our new team members join us matters and it takes dedication and immense focus to get it right every single time. As part of the Talent Acquisition team and working side-by-side with Vendor Operations, our Onboarding Coordinator is at the hub of making it all happen seamlessly for our new employees and contractors. This is the perfect role for someone who cares about making new folks feel at home from Day 1 and has the deep organizational skills to plan ahead, keep a constant eye on the details, and proactively identify ways to improve along the way.
What Our Onboarding Coordinator Will Do
Own the onboarding process for all new employee and contractor team members including tracking and executing checklist items, ensuring milestones are hit, and creating an organized and positive onboarding experience for all stakeholders.
Coordinate the execution of new team member paperwork & online onboarding processes including background checks, reference checks, Covenant Agreements, and all other requirements as necessary based on position needs.
Schedule and lead engaging new employee hire onboarding sessions and always keep presentation materials up to date.
Provide status reports to Talent Acquisition and Vendor Operations stakeholders as requested.
Maintain team member data accuracy across multiple systems, sites, and tools including Insurity’s HRIS, ATS, etc..
Chair recurring meetings with the IT Support team to ensure delivery of equipment and a smooth overall onboarding process.
Provide ongoing support for the posting & refreshing of jobs through various recruitment channels including Insurity’s ATS and LinkedIn.
Prepare offer letters and employment agreements if requested.
Create, update, and maintain electronic team member files with appropriate documentation as part of audit requirements.
Partner with our apparel vendor to coordinate delivery of new hire packages.
Participate in Talent Acquisition and Vendor Operations special projects as needed.
Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional work experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
Effective time management, prioritization, and organization skills
High-caliber attention to detail
Effective communication skills to foster strong connections with team members across the organization
Curious nature and an eye for optimizing processes

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
