The Team Amazon Global Account Leader is responsible for cultivating and growing Intel’s business across all of Amazon. You will lead a high-performing global sales team, partner with critical peer organizations to set and direct the sales strategy, drive collaborative engagements between executive stakeholders, mobilize resources around new hardware, software and services opportunities, and achieve revenue and KPI targets while delivering world class customer service and support.
In addition to leading the sell-to sales motions where Amazon is our customer, you will also lead and grow the sell-with sales motion with Amazon as a partner to create demand for the solutions that we develop and launch together. In this capacity, you have the unique opportunity to identify and deliver jointly engineered solutions that deliver transformative outcomes for our mutual customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
Rapidly growing the business by delighting the customer
Overall ownership of the business relationship between Intel and Amazon
Leading and motivating direct sales and marketing teams to achieve breakthrough goals
Defining and driving the sales strategy and ongoing alignment with the BU’s to grow and win vs competition
Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities, and presenting Intel solutions that meet those needs
Working closely across business units to expand cross selling opportunities
Building and maintaining key customer executive relationships, mapping to key Intel counterparts
Engaging and motiving indirect sales and marketing teams to assist in achieving KPI goals
Ensuring the customer receives exceptional technical support and service
The successful candidate must be:

Proficient at leading complex negotiations including an understanding of industry standard norms and terms for silicon engagements
Understanding of Intel’s and Amazon’s business models and organization dynamics
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and/or 15+ years of industry experience with demonstrated success in business development and customer engagement with highly technical content
English language proficiency both written and verbal.
Desired qualifications
Masters in Business Administration
10+ years of sales leadership with a track record of growth with large accounts
Experience/working knowledge in multiple relevant areas: Cloud, 5G, AI, Retail and IOT/Edge
Global and/or international experience a plus

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington: $368,820.00-$590,080.00
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
