We are looking for a strong HR Director to partner with Intel’s Chief Strategy Office and Corporate Development teams. This individual will orchestrate the HR plan execution by managing an HR Team and by partnering with the Centers of Excellence. It requires managing multiple stakeholders to drive sustainable solutions. The HRD works closely with senior executive management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit and division level.
Key Responsibilities
Manages and leads an HR team to provide proactive and effective solutions to employees, managers, and leaders around HR and employee challenges.
Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
Uses data analysis and sensing activities to identify themes and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives e.g., Diversity and Inclusion, salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change
Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
Ensures application of general employee relations, org development, learning, diversity, labor relations and HR processes in the business group, function, and GEO.
Plays a role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within client organization.
Collaborates with COEs and BHR roles to create, implement and deliver HR business plans and solutions/programs.
Applies project management and change management processes to plans and priorities.
Ensures effective communication and education of all HR programs and initiatives.
Coordinates complex stakeholder relationships.
Makes decisions regularly that impact the attainment of project objectives and resources of employees.
Contributes to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Leverages organization capability principles and, or design components to improve individual, group, and organizational functioning.
Leads by example and cultivates a highly collaborative HR team that enables HR employees and teams to thrive.
Provides strategy and direction for major functional areas.
Builds strong business leader relationships for service, influencing and coaching.
Translates strategic business goals into organizational capabilities to drive organizational alignment through holistic organizational design.
Ensures robust administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs in service of employees/mangers and the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 10+ years related experience, OR
M.B.A, Master of Science degree, or a Master of Arts degree, with 8+ years related experience.
Experience supporting large acquisitions and/or divestitures.
Experience supporting senior executives.
Strong knowledge of compensation design and practices.
Experience working in fast paced, transformation focused environment.
Experience in executive development.
