Job Title: MA or Medical Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA, 98104

Duration: 33 Weeks

Hours: 40/Week

Shift: 7am – 5:30pm

Requirement:

· Registered or Certified Medical Assistant Certificate.

· BLS required.

· Required Minimum 1 years of experience.

Job Summary:

· Medical Assist will perform direct clinical activities in a courteous, caring and respectful manner; includes patient intake, blood draw, pharmacy calls, EKGs and any tests requested by the physician.

· Using computer applications.

· Answering telephones.

· Welcoming patients.

· Updating and filing patient medical records.

· Coding and filling out insurance forms.

· Scheduling appointments.

· Arranging for hospital admissions and laboratory services.

· Handling correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
