What’s the opportunity?
Intercom is looking for a Recruiter (1 year fixed term contract) to help scale our organization and contribute to our team’s growth and success. You will drive full cycle recruitment for positions across our Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, G&A teams. You will effectively partner with leadership and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization. You will leverage your recruiting expertise and deep knowledge of Intercom’s business to design strategy and differentiate Intercom in the market. You will proactively identify opportunities and solutions to improve and iterate on recruiting processes and partner with stakeholders to drive solutions forward.
This job is available if your permanent residence in the following states; Florida, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina.

The base salary range for this role is targeted at $121,600 – $164,500 for New York. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Please note that this information is only provided publicly for candidates in California, Colorado, New York and Washington, but the role is open to candidates outside of those locations as well.
