The day-to-day:
Support employee and staff inquiries by providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Various tasks related to full-cycle recruitment, new hire orientation, data entry, termination, reporting, filing, and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
Manage plant training initiatives and processes.
Manage sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain employee files and records.
Coordinates with Payroll Administrator on any pay changes.
Assists with scheduling events, lunches, and training.
Assists with typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
