Job Description:
JSL is looking for an organized and detail-oriented People leader to head our Human Resources team and serve as a senior member of our leadership team. This position will report directly to the Chief Business Officer and currently oversees a team of four. The Human Resources Director is a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our entire organization. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Come lead with us!
