We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Human Resources Generalist to join our healthcare clinic in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, generalist, and HR generalist. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee development.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the clinic remains competitive in the industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in human resources, generalist, or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
