Your Role
This role will provide support to IVZ Senior Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer and is based in the New York City office. This position will provide various project, technical and administrative support as the need arises. The candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn, possess the skills and desire to ensure accuracy, and be a self-paced problem solver who is always looking for better ways of conducting our business and serving our clients.
You will be responsible for:
Provide junior analyst support such as creating presentations, reviewing processes, and maintaining databases
Partner closely with senior HR leads on key projects, including monitoring project achievements, required follow-ups, and tracking results
Provide executive administration support to the CHRO, including calendar, travel, and expense management.
Coordinate internal and external client meetings and in-office logistics
In addition to supporting the CHRO, provide basic administrative support to HR Executive team
The experience you bring:
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) must be proficient in document management & creation with demonstrable ability to combine documents from all MSOffice products & Adobe Acrobat into one seamless document
Ability to learn new software packages as needed with the expectation to be proficient in a short amount of time
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task under pressure with proven organizational skills; attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
Create energy and positive thinking: ability to cooperate and contribute in a team environment
Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 years of work experience preferred
