QUALIFICATIONS:
REPORTS TO: Deputy Superintendent
SUPERVISES: HR Director, Equity and Employee Relations Director, HR Specialists, and other employees as directed by the Superintendent
JOB GOALS:
Direct the efforts of the District’s Human Resources and Equity and Employee Relations Department to ensure the attainment of goals and objectives of the District. Participate in the formulation and administration of organizational policies and goals as related to HR. Lead all areas of Human Resources and Employee Relations in order to enhance student learning, promote the overall efficiency of the school system, and maximize the educational opportunities available to each child.
PERFORMANCE AND LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month year. Salary and calendar year to be established by the Board of Education. Requires the commitment of professional working hours that may require the employee to extend beyond a typical 7:30 am – 4:30 pm work day.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the District’s policy on Evaluation, State Statute, and any applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
