Dakota Specialty Milling is a specialty grain mill located in Fargo, ND. Our expertise is manipulating all varieties of grains, seeds, beans and lentils through milling processes. We will cut, flake, roll and grind these raw materials and blend them together or toast them for our customers. The HR Generalist responsibilities include guidance for managers in recruiting and employee relations; administer employee compensation; training and benefit programs, ;act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations; process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations; and the complete payroll processes for all Dakota Specialty Enterprises (DSE) entities.
