iTalent Digital Hiring for Change management/Project manager (marketing) Job at Remote Full Time

iTalent is seeking a Marketing Project Manager / Change Manager to join our Retail Practice Group.

Role can be 100% remote, supporting mostly PST business hours.

We are leading a Data-Marketing program called Segmentation Engine. Candidate will be helping to build the foundational platform (Google Looker) as the segmentation tool that connects the Data Platform (and segments audiences) to downstream marketing activation channels (eg: email, mobile, site).

Your responsibilities:

As a Change Management Project Manager and Business Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and managing highly impactful and cross-functional enablement programs.

• As our client continues to evolve our technology landscape, you will assist in creating and delivering change strategies across project teams and our business partners. Reporting to the Technology Strategy and Planning Director, you will act as a trusted partner to drive adoption for tools and processes. In addition, you will:
• Assist with driving end-user adoption for technology driven projects with an emphasis on complex systems change
• Understand the current state and identify impacts to people, processes and technology as result of the change
• Develop right-sized change strategies (including adoption measurement)
• Align stakeholders on the vision for change and bring them along the journey as you execute your plan
• Create communications, manage engagement and develop training materials (delivering training and/or Train-the trainer sessions as needed)
• Educate and act as a change management ambassador to our business partners
• Identify and implement improvements to continue to evolve our internal change management and business enablement framework, tools and templates

Required qualifications and skills

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 3+ years in organizational change management
• Knowledge of Marketing, good understanding the marketing landscape
• Strong understanding of data
• A highly motived, self-starter attitude who’s excited to drive adoption for our employees
• Proven experience managing change for tech driven initiatives in a fast-pace environment
• Strong communicator, able to articulate a vision and plan across all levels and parts of our business
• Experience defining and executing adoption measurement strategy
• Should be a self-starter with the ability to connect with peers and able to work autonomously with very challenging marketing business stakeholders
• Understand current state and build future state processes for Segmentation Engine.
• Ability to work across business, product and tech teams
• Document the process, build out swim-lanes and RACI matrix (responsible, accountable, consulted and informed)
• Independently lead a team and influence as a change agent
• Good attitude and knows marketing operations from CRM strategy to execution

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience identifying and implementing process opportunities
• Familiar with Google Looker or similar tool.

Pay: $115,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
