We are seeking experienced English Language Arts (“ELA”) teachers to teach English for Kindergarteners to 5th Graders. The classes will be conducted through online platform.
Time: Need to commit 6:30am-7:30am EST on Wednesdays and Saturdays
Main responsibilities
- Provide feedback on students’ performance
- Review writing assignments and provide edit suggestions.
Qualifications and experience required
- Master’s degree or higher (Education, Literature, or English major)
- Classroom teaching experience in English Language Arts
- Experience in literature close reading and writing required
- Willing to commit to a regular weekly schedule
- Commit at least two teaching hours each week
- Candidates must have three years’ experience as a lead teacher in an elementary school of either a public school, a private school, or a charter school.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
