We are looking to hire a visionary Finance Business Partner for Sales & Marketing that will be part of the Jack Henry Finance team. We are a strategic business partner that provides actionable financial insight and helps drive profitable growth by being an integral part of the business decision making process.
This role will be working with the Chief Sales Officer and divisional Sales Directors. A successful candidate will have passion for learning and driving operational results. Advising the direction of the Sales Team is critical with the organization’s vast portfolio of products. The role is also responsible for budgeting and forecasting of sales & marketing. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual with an advanced level of financial analysis, reporting and data management skills, in addition to, prior leadership experience delivering complex reporting and analyses. This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS, Springfield, MO, Allen, TX, or Remotely within the U.S.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Advise operations on key performance indicators to drive strategic direction.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors on monthly forecast and budget.
- Present monthly financial review to executive(s).
- Provide product sales analysis to leaders.
- Drive sales financial vision.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 10 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Finance Operations experience in a corporate environment.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Ability to bring creativity, “Think outside of the box” attitude to the position while at the same time providing consistent, accurate financial analysis.
- MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification desired.
- Financial leadership experience across a large department or functional area with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of or experience with Salesforce, OneStream, Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior experience in a Financial or Technology Services organization.
- Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
- Previous experience working as a finance business partner for an organizational function providing financial analysis and strategic guidance.
