We currently seek a Summer 2023 Human Resources Intern to join the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team in our Jacksonville, FL office.
The Human Resources (Talent Acquisition/Recruiting) Intern will be mentored by a Talent Acquisition Manager and members of the Human Resources team. The individual selected will assist daily in candidate outreach, screening, scheduling, sourcing via iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System) and organizing SharePoint. The Talent Acquisition Intern will work on a wide range of projects to include summer intern social programming, competitor and best practice research, employer brand activities, and recruiting advertising and recruiting-related social media. The intern will gain experience in using information to provide providing cost-effective and innovative solutions to recruit top talent to RS&H. This is an amazing opportunity to obtain hands-on experience and a better understanding of recruiting/talent acquisition in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
