As the Director of Human Resources, you will have direct responsibility for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resource function.

Your Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise a staff of two to eight employees. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and in the hiring, training and performance reviews. Overall responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
