Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (hybrid, 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remote)

What you will do:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our Operations team as a VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
· Establish, maintain, and develop a high-performing staff of professionals; responsibilities include recruiting, training, performance feedback, and coaching.
· Accountable for the overall performance of the operations, including production, quality, sourcing and procurement, sales and operations planning (S&OP), in-house and contract manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and service and repair.
· Shares responsibility with the GM for the P&L and Balance sheet.
· Owns product and operations cost, quality, and delivery across the entire supply chain and lifecycle.
· Owns the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, order fill rate, and the cash-to-cash cycle
· Owns inventory levels, accuracy, and closed-loop processes to keep them aligned with business objectives.
· Owns relationships with key suppliers and is responsible for their performance, management, and development.
· Oversee Domestic and International warehousing, Shipping/Receiving and logistics.
· Participate in developing new products to deliver at the right cost, quality, and schedule and accurately match inventory and sales to achieve business objectives.
· Collaborate with Company, Corporate (DCC), Group (JAM), and cross-functional personnel, domestic and global, to ensure alignment of key strategic objectives.
· Ensure appropriate analysis of supplier proposals is completed; this may include market analysis, should cost analysis, TCO, make vs. buy, PPV, supplier profit analysis, etc.
· Effectively communicate the team’s progress and value to key stakeholders.
· Prepare annual department budgets and establish controls to maintain objectives.
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
· A minimum of 10+ years experience in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
· Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions;
· Proven experience running operations.
· Knowledge and participation in Six Sigma and Lean activities, including involvement in Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and other continuous improvement activities.
· Knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
· The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet and within OSHA’s standard requirements.
