Job Summary:
Under general direction, this position oversees and prioritizes all aspects of a rail location’s day to day planning and organizing to ensure organizational needs are met. The incumbent will perform, maintain, and report to leadership on rail ramp audits, inventory counts, equipment checks, and budget management. The position will perform multiple personnel management tasks for a small team including but not limited to staffing, performance management, annual reviews, and time and attendance. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 2-3 years of related experience and 1-2 years of direct or indirect management experience
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record as per JBH standards.
Ability to act professionally
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively
Ability to document information and make quick decisions
Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 50 pounds)
Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)
Ability to work both individually and as a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal direction
Accuracy and attention to detail
Make sound financial decisions
Proficient computer skills
Proficient time management skills
May travel up to 50%.
