A HR Assistant for our incredible HR Team! This hands-on position will perform a variety of administrative, technical, and project-based work supporting our team’s initiatives and operations
This is a perfect opportunity for an organized, attentive, and enthusiastic individual who wants to grow and learn about all HR functions while working in a supportive, driven, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate our employee life-cycle processes including but not limited to onboarding, benefits, compliance, change activity, reporting and off-boarding.
Champion our HR systems and use data to enable improvement on decision making, processes and policies.
Handle our benefits administration by reconciling invoices, responding to employee questions, liaising with broker on claim issues, and posting HSA contributions.
Evaluate and make recommendations to maximize HR efficiency and productivity.
Handle our compliance and internal reporting requests.
Assist with our employee engagement surveys and reports.
Support our talent acquisition process.
What You’ll Bring:
BA/BS Degree
Minimum 1-2 years of HR administrative experience.
Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Team-player who’s comfortable working independently and collaborating with all levels.
Organized, tech-savvy with a process-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communicator.
