Job purpose
As the Head of Human Resources at JD Home Healthcare Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our human resources department. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and support the growth and success of our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive HR knowledge, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, mission, and values.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities and develop comprehensive HR plans.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Develop effective strategies for sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
Implement onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Develop and manage employee retention initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration across the organization.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of HR activities.
Stay informed about legal updates and changes in employment legislation, updating policies and practices accordingly.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Collaborate with finance and other relevant stakeholders to develop and manage the HR budget.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Develop and analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Generate reports and present HR data to senior management, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and drive organizational effectiveness.
