As a Sr. Talent Acquisition & Diversity Partner, you will foster partnerships with our business leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the workforce and to recruit the best talent available for current and upcoming opportunities. As a mentor for our Talent Acquisition & Diversity Partners, you will nurture relationships with prospective talent across the organization. You’ll also partner with talent acquisition leadership to develop our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, and to improve our talent acquisition strategy as we move into the future. This is a hybrid role, located at our corporate office in Thornton, Colorado.
