Jefferson Healthcare is looking for an EXPERIENCED ROCKSTAR Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the Human Resources team and transform the compensation and benefits space.

The Role:
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst supports the organization’s compensation and benefit programs from plan design through implementation and ongoing administration. The Analyst applies solid knowledge of total compensation and data to provide analytical insight to inform compensation and benefit related decisions and programs. They provide analytical support, ongoing research, modeling and compensation analysis for base pay and incentive programs. They ensure compensation and benefits related programs and practices are competitive and equitable and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This is a full time, exempt position
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of compensation related experience.
Background in total rewards and/or benefits a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
Three to five years of compensation and benefits experience.
One or more years of experience within the Healthcare industry.
Professional-level Human Resources certification and/or license including benefits and compensation.
