Job Responsibilities:
Conducts all administrative tasks related to onboarding, including drug testing, background checks, new hire orientation, and employee exits
Enters all new hires into ADP WFN, maintains changes, audits for accuracy and compliance
Maintains employee files and audits for compliance
Under the direction of the HR Director, provides HR support and consultation, to managers, answers employee questions regarding HR programs and policies
Ensures HR polices and process are being applied consistently
Assists HR Director with policy administration and rollouts
Benefits administration including enrollments, changes and terminations, assists the HR Director with annual open enrollment
Maintains and processes unemployment notices in a timely manner
Provides management with reports, analyzes HR metrics to help drive business
Handles employee relations issues
Collaborates with other HR team members to develop best practices
Promotes a positive employee experience
Other duties and projects assigned by management
Job Skills/Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related field preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist experience working in an HR department
Previous experience using ADP WFN preferred
HR Certification preferred
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, ability interact with all workforce levels in a fair consistent manner
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Experience administering benefit plans
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of HR federal and state laws and regulations
Excellent time management and project management skills
Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and situations
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize accordingly
Must pass pre-employment background, drug and alcohol testing
