Senior Lead Recruiter
Solar energy is one of the fastest growing industries in the world and JK Renewables is the top Solar Power company to work for in the country. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to come in and lead our recruiting department. This person will help build the department and grow their team. Please submit your application for consideration.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience a plus
- Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- A business-related degree is preferred but not required
- Can effectively build relationships
- Recruiting experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system
- Should be fairly proficient using a computer
Compensation:
- Salary of $45,000-$50,000 plus commission, totally salary of $85,000
- Management and growth opportunities available based on performance
