We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Operations Manager search in the Colorado Springs, CO area. This position is a highly visible role, as this Operations Manager is the number #1 person at the site reporting to the COO located out of state.
Responsibilities:
- Will have complete P&L (Profit & Loss) of a $20M operation with 6 direct reports and 65 hourly employees
- Will be responsible for organizational development and long-term operations, sales, and administrative development
- Will lead the business to meet goals in quality, delivery, and cost
- Will manage the implementation for continuous improvement initiatives for both manufacturing and back-office functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Experience with P&L
- Experience in a Plant Mgmt/Operations Mgmt or similar role

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
