Position Summary
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Lead supervisors across a 24-hour operation. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of plant processes, equipment uptime, information flow and management, enhanced management reporting and drives continuous improvement. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.

· Possess the ability to fulfill and any all office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer entry, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
· The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds.
· May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
· Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
