· Q/N Solutions; a two-sided B2B marketplace where executives find business solutions, and solution providers find customers.
The Operations Manager exemplifies the ability to multi-task while uphold the highest level of support to our sponsors. You will have 1 Operations Coordinator as your direct report that supports the role and reports to our VP of Operations. You must be able to keep up with our VP! You are someone who is eager to take ownership of your duties and can successfully prioritize daily workload to ensure deadlines are being met. You don’t mind “rolling up your sleeves” to get the job done. No task is too big or small – you know it just needs to get done. You have an entrepreneurial work ethic with an analytical mindset to troubleshoot on your own. At Quartz there is an excellent work/life balance but when it is “show time” working some nights and weekends will be inevitable.
Responsibilities:
· Onboard sponsors for contracted event in your vertical, virtual or in person.
· Manage Partnership Marketing Program for event exhibitors, make sure they are attending their meetings
· Manage the operational delivery of 1:1 meetings from sales handoff to event completion.
· Work with the operations coordinator to deliver all tasks set out in the event timelines.
· Handle logistics communications with all exhibitors and in person vendors.
· Collaborate with respective sales team members to ensure exhibitors receive maximize ROI and positive event experience.
· Update all tracking documents for show logistics whether through Google, Sharepoint, Excel, Salesforce and various internal platforms utilized within the team.
· Travel to in person events
· Run digital elements for optimal communication and organization of appointments for each sponsor.
· Liaise with the Attendee Relations team to support the connection between sponsor and executive attendees.
· Support administrative duties as needed to ensure timeliness of deliverables for each exhibitor.
About You:
· Strong social and communications skills, writing and emailing correspondence.
· Extremely organized with high attention to detail
· Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Sharepoint
· Dependable, resourceful and the ability to move quickly and adapt if processes must change.
· Sense of urgency with deadlines
· Comfortable with ambiguity with a strong desire to learn and improve
· Multi-tasking pro while managing time effectively
· Team player as well as independently productive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 – $70,000.00 per year
