Human Resources Assistant
The Johnson County Human Resources department is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to perform administrative assistant and generalist responsibilities including maintaining records, assisting with recruitment, employee/labor relations, workers compensation, newsletter/publications, benefit administration and other supportive functions.
Qualified candidates for this position must be highly organized. Associate s degree in human resource management or closely related field AND at least two years of office experience with direct human resource responsibilities; OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work. Bachelor s degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and confidential information.
