Johnson Service Group Hiring for HR Representative at Hunt Valley, MD Full Time

About the job:

• Provide daily support to the Human Resources team by processing data for employee transactions including new hires, change of status, terminations, etc. within the PeopleSoft HRIS.
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity by understanding complexities of PeopleSoft HRIS and providing guidance and coaching to Human Resources on requests received.
• Maintaining employee files and records in compliance with internal record retention policy and external government contractor requirements
• Perform routine audits using data exports from Peoplesoft HRIS to ensure data accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to HR Operations team as needed
• Maintain high level of confidentiality

Minimum qualification:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Strong computer literacy and experience with an HRIS system like PeopleSoft
• 4+ years of experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience using spreadsheet applications (Excel) required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
