The Role:
The HVAC Maintenance Technician will complete in-home HVAC maintenance calls and create a positive relationship with the customer.
What You’ll Do
Consistently represent yourself as a professional and as “industry knowledgeable” which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
Completes in-home HVAC maintenance calls.
Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that “You’re my go-to company” relationship.
Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck
Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
What You’ll Need
Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
1+ year HVAC experience
A Clean, Safe, Driving Record
EPA Certification
High School Diploma or GED
