Quality Engineer
Joynus has been retained by one of the largest, global tier-1 automotive manufacturers in Knoxville, TN to recruit a Quality Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large engineering team, grow your skills, and be mentored by mechanical/electrical engineering professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare or assist in the development of quality documents (PPAP, PCPs, FMEAs, flow charts, etc)
- Negotiate, establish, and evaluate KPC’s and related statistical data.
- Participate in design reviews and offer advice on the reliability of the design.
- Conduct MSA studies on all equipment.
- Evaluate and approve all engineering changes and process deviations.
- Create, manage, and execute control plans
- Create, manage, and execute validation plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of quality control experience in the automotive manufacturing industry required
- Authorized to work in the states without any sponsorship
