Position Summary
This role will be part of the Product Strategy & Chief of Staff team within the Payment Platform Transformation & Change organization. The team operates as an internal consulting team supporting product/process improvement and efficiency for Payment Operations teams totaling over 1000 team members. We develop recommendations and opportunities to innovate as our cutting-edge Payment capabilities continue to evolve. You will be a key member of the team developing the strategy and roadmap for this transformation, including planning for new tools, organizational changes, product requirements, and more.
Our team is a close-knit group including people with management consulting and strategy backgrounds. We operate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with lots of collaboration with partner teams and senior stakeholders. We have a high profile across the Payments organization and provide visibility, perspective, and recommendations to many executive leaders.
As a Strategy team, our work is ever-changing and there is rarely a “typical” day, but our responsibilities largely fall into three categories:
Our department and team follow a hybrid working model in which working time may be split between the office and work-from-home, based on pre-defined rotation schedules. For this role, the anticipated in-office time would be approximately 60%.
