The HR Strategy Executive Director will help lead HR Strategy projects and partner with key HR Operating Committee executives. Key projects in this area include the future of work, culture & organizational transformation, leveraging data and AI for automation, as well as transformation of key HR areas such as recruiting, talent management, learning, performance development, HR operations, and workforce analytics. This is a unique opportunity to help define the overall HR strategic direction and deliver on transformational people-related initiatives on a large global scale. The HR Strategy Group team works with JPMorgan Chase’s HR Operating Committee members and other senior leaders to address the most critical initiatives of the firm, bringing thought leadership and advisory support through project-based work. Projects are team-based and include heavy interaction and collaboration with senior executives across the Firm. Our group of professionals primarily comes from top consulting firms and internal JPMorgan Chase groups. The group reports to a member of the HR Operating Committee.
