Position Summary:
This role will be part of the Product Service Domain team within the Payments Operations Transformation Team organization. This team of product managers leads and delivers new product capabilities and enhancements leveraged by internal and external users. We develop products to streamline the onboarding experience based on strategic roadmaps, business transformation, product requirements, client demands and more. You will be an entrepreneurial leader and key member of the team responsible for evolving the Onboarding engines and driving the current core and future integration strategy.

The ideal candidate understands the payments industry landscape (consumers, merchants, acquirers, networks, issuers, etc.), payment types & methods (credit card, debit card, ACH, new alternatives, etc.), control standards, design thinking (client journey, UX), consumer & merchant payment channels (ecommerce, POS, etc.) and industry business models.
Finally, the ideal candidate is a highly organized and self-motivated leader who designs customer-obsessed products, manages a product release plan, flexibly adapts to internal & market forces, and has superior influencing / relationship management skills.
